Thank you for choosing I95 Metro Baseball. Before completing your registration, please review our official policies regarding refunds, credits, and event logistics.
Refund & Transfer Policy:
All registrations are strictly non-refundable. * No Refunds: Once registration is received, there are no refunds in any capacity, for any reason. No exceptions. Registrations operate on a strict, limited-capacity model capped by specific positions to optimize the event.
• No Player to Player Transfers: Registrations cannot be transferred to siblings, teammates, friends, uncommitted players or anyone else.
• I95 Metro Baseball is not responsible for any travel circumstances. No exceptions.
• I95 Metro Baseball is not responsible for any registration errors or schedule conflicts resulting from incorrect information submitted by the player and/or parent (guardian). All registration information, assigned times, and rosters are final 10 days before the event. After this 10-day deadline, no schedule adjustments, edits, transfers, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances. A copy of your registration form is delivered upon registration for you to review.
• No-Shows & Failure to Attend: All registrations secure a reserved, capacity-limited roster spot. Failure to attend, no-shows, late arrivals, cancellations or early departures for any reason forfeit all fees. No refunds, credits, or transfers.
• I95 Metro Baseball is not responsible for any player injury ahead of or during the course of the event. Players & families assume risk. There are no refunds, credits, or exceptions for any activity missed due to injury for any reason.
Credit Policy:
If you are unable to attend, credit eligibility is based strictly on the timing of your request:
Requests 10+ Days Prior to Event: You will receive a 50% credit of your purchase price. Requests must be sent in writing to registration@i95metrobaseball.com at least 10 days prior to your registered event stating the player is not attending this year and would like a 50% credit on file for the following season.
• Note: Credits are valid ONLY for 2027 I95 Metro Baseball Summer/Stadium Series events.
• Any request made less than 10 days prior to your registered event is not eligible for ANY credit. There are no exceptions. I95 Metro Baseball has a great deal of upfront costs and commitments. We pride ourselves on providing a unique experience where every roster and session is customized to the players attending. Any player who does not attend, backs out, or fails to show up for any reason is ineligible for any credit and registration remains non-refundable. This policy ensures we maintain the high standard of recruiting I-95 is known for. Withdrawal less than 10 days negatively impacts the event. Once again, no exceptions. No credits, no refunds.
Rain or Shine Policy:
Events are held Rain or Shine. * In the event of inclement weather, we will adjust the schedule, move to an indoor facillity (if applicable) or extend hours to complete as many skills as possible.
• Skills Priority: Based on feedback from college coaches, the “skills” portion of the showcase is our #1 priority during weather adjustments. That includes hosting multi-skills sessions over “unplayable” or “unsafe” games.
• On the days of your scheduled showcase players must be available from 5 AM to 11 PM.
• I-95 Metro Baseball reserves the right to relocate all or any portion of an event (partial, single-day, or full showcase) to an indoor facility located within a 30-mile radius of the primary venue. We will execute this strictly due to circumstances beyond our control—including, but not limited to, inclement weather, an unplayable field, stadium facility damage, or safety hazards. Relocation to an indoor facility constitutes successful continuation and delivery of the event, regardless of the indoor session’s duration or activities.
• No Weather Credits: Because all expenses (stadium, coaches, staff, insurance, equipment, travel & lodging) are paid in full before the event begins, we issue no refunds or credits for weather-related changes or shortened schedules. Once again – NO refunds, no credits, no transfers. All activities are weather permitting and safety is the first priority.
Codes:
One Code Per Transaction: Only one promotional code may be used per registration. Multiple codes cannot be combined.
I grant I-95 Metro Select ID Showcase ("I-95"), its affiliates, permission to use my child’s photo, video, audio, and likeness for marketing and commercial purposes without compensation or approval. Tuition is strictly non-refundable. Cancellations under 10 days receive no credit. No refunds, credits, or prorating will be granted for dismissals, late arrivals, no-shows, early departures, illness, or injury. I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks of severe personal injury, illness, permanent disability, death, and property damage resulting from activities, facility conditions, equipment, or the actions/negligence of others. On behalf of myself and my child, I knowingly assume all such risks. I grant I-95 Metro Select ID Showcase ("I-95"), its affiliates, permission to use my child’s photo, video, audio, and likeness for marketing and commercial purposes without compensation or approval. I release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless I-95, host facilities/schools, and their respective owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from participation or attendance, including ordinary negligence. I waive any right to injunctive relief or to revoke this release, limiting remedies strictly to actions at law for damages. I95 Metro Baseball provides a platform for player exposure to a curated group of college coaches. We have the best relationships in the industry. While we strive for a consistent lineup, coach attendance is subject to change based on their individual schedules, employment, family emergencies, or travel. All registration policies, including our non-refundable status, remain in full effect regardless of specific coach attendance. As the legal parent/guardian, I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms.
