Thank you for choosing I95 Metro Baseball. Before completing your registration, please review our official policies regarding refunds, credits, and event logistics.

Refund & Transfer Policy
All registrations are strictly non-refundable. * No Refunds: Once registration is received, there are no refunds in any capacity, for any reason. No exceptions.

• No Player to Player Transfers: Registrations cannot be transferred to siblings, teammates, friends, or uncommitted players.

Credit Policy
If you are unable to attend, credit eligibility is based strictly on the timing of your request:

• Requests 10+ Days Prior to Event: You will receive a 50% credit of your purchase price.  Requests must be sent to registration@i95metrobaseball.com and AT LEAST 10 days prior to your registered event.

  • Note: Credits are valid ONLY for 2027 I95 Metro Baseball Summer/Stadium Series events.

  • Any request made less than 10 days prior to your registered event is not eligible for ANY credit. There are no exceptions. I95 Metro Baseball has a great deal of upfront costs and commitments. We pride ourselves on providing a unique experience where every roster and session is customized to the players attending. When a player withdraws less than 10 days before the event, it impacts the schedules and notes we’ve already finalized for our college coaches. This policy ensures we maintain the high standard of recruiting I-95 is known for. Withdrawal less than 10 days impacts the event in a negative manner. Once again, no exceptions.

Rain or Shine Policy
Events are held Rain or Shine. * In the event of inclement weather, we will adjust the schedule or extend hours to complete as many skills as possible.

• Skills Priority: Based on feedback from college coaches, the “skills” portion of the showcase is our #1 priority during weather adjustments.

• No Weather Credits: Because all expenses (stadium, coaches, staff) are paid in full before the event begins, no refunds or credits are issued for weather-related changes or shortened schedules.  We will do the best we can, including adding talks from college coaches.  Once again – NO refunds, no credits.

Codes
One Code Per Transaction: Only one promotional code may be used per registration.  Multiple codes cannot be combined.

I95 Metro Baseball provides a platform for player exposure to a curated group of college coaches.  We have the best relationships in the industry. While we strive for a consistent lineup, coach attendance is subject to change based on their individual schedules, employment, family emergencies & travel. All registration policies, including our non-refundable status, remain in full effect regardless of specific coach attendance.
